Other caring adults might be an aunt or uncle, older brother or sister, school counselor, school nurse, school wellness center staff, coach, doctor or youth minister.

 

If you feel you cannot speak to an adult there are free, confidential 24 hr/7 days/week phone lines below.

 

Confidential means they do not ask your name and keep your information private.  These phone lines are staffed by adult professionals who answer questions and can help you get the help you need.

 

If you are being abused or in danger of hurting yourself call 911.
