Relationships in your life are important. They help you get through tough times. But sometimes relationships can be unhealthy. It is important to know the difference betweem them.

Choosing Respect

 

Healthy relationships are built on a foundation of respect. Respect is a choice, and when you give it, you'll get it in return. So treat others the way you want to be treated.

There is such a thing known as cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is the use of technology to harass, threaten, embarass, or target another person. Online threats, rude texts, or messages count, also posting personal information or videos about someone else.

It is good to be aware at the meaning of cyberbullying. If you are feeling threatened, talk to a trusted adult.

Being picked on, or bullied is a sign or an unhealthy relationship. Try this site about bullying and what to do about it.

 

 


If you are afraid to leave a relationship because you feel threatened, talk to an adult or another trusted adult immediately.
